Buongiorno amici lettori, anche quest’anno , parteciperò al Seatrade Med.

Quest’anno si celebra il 10 ° edizione di Seatrade Med e Seatrade Med Cruise Convention, il principale evento crociera biennale incentrato sulla seconda più grande destinazione di crociera del mondo – il Mediterraneo, si riuniranno a Barcellona, Spagna a partire da settembre 16-18, 2014 Fira de Barcelona Conference Centre Via Gran.

Di proprietà e organizzata da UBM live in collaborazione con Seatrade Communications Ltd, Seatrade Med è il più prestigioso evento di crociere in Europa, accoglie oltre 3.000 partecipanti e 200 espositori fornitori e prestatori di servizi per il mercato crociera nel Mediterraneo.

E’ il terzo anno che seguo questa manifestazione, importantissima nel suo genere e alla quale intervengono i maggiori esponenti del settore marittimo e crocieristico. penso da sempre che per poter parlare di un determinato argomento, serva conoscere bene la materia ed io in questi ultimi anni, ho sempre cercato di documentarmi al meglio ed essere presente durante le manifestazioni piu’ importanti.

Ringrazio l’organizzazione per il gradito invito e garantisco come sempre ottima copertura, sia in diretta durante l’evento che al mio rientro a casa, quando monterò i video realizzati e scriverò le mie considerazioni.

Fiera di Barcellona Fira

Il Seatrade di Barcellona sarà quindi scenario di questo  straordinario evento e dal programma proposto si nota quanto l’organizzazione sia all’avanguardia e rispettata nell’ambiente.

Saranno presenti alla prima sessione di discussioni i CEO delle piu’ grandi Compagnie croceristiche del mondo, trovarli insieme in un’unica sala è sempre molto emozionante e quando intervengono si percepisce quanto quelle persone siano esperte e preparate e quanto meritino la carica a loro assegnata. Ascoltare direttamente i futuri piani aziendali e progetti di innovazione è molto importante, infatti Liveboat non si limita a copiare i comunicati stampa, ma offre notizie di prima mano e foto inedite scattate direttamente.

The State of the Cruise Industry in the Mediterranean
The Mediterranean continues to enjoy stellar status as the world’s second most visited cruise destination, despite challenging conditions in the southern European source markets and the instability generated by the Arab Spring and other factors.  A high level panel from the cruise lines will discuss the outlook for the region as the world economy moves  out of recession and as the range of offerings in the Med proliferates, with new ships, new itineraries and new ports of call.

Il giorno 18 invece oltre alle sessioni del mattino è prevista per i delegati che ne hanno confermato l’adesione, la visita nave a bordo di Oasis of the seas, la nave piu’ grande del mondo, arriva per la prima volta nel Mediterraneo per effettuare una serie di miny crociere destinate alla sua promozione in vista dell’arrivo il prossimo anno di Allure of the seas la sua gemella, che effettuerà crociere cicliche.

Seatrade non è solo conferenze, ma anche una grande fiera ,dove espositori di tutto il mondo promuovono i loro prodotti, in rilievo soprattutto gli stands dei porti di scalo e località toccate dalle crociere, per la Liguria per esempio, saranno presenti, sia Savona, che La Spezia che Genova.

Vi saranno anche due grandi serate di gala, una dedicata ai premi assegnati ogni anno a chi nel settore si è maggiormente distinto, per intenderci una specie di Oscar , onoreficienza molto attesa ed ambita dagli addetti ai lavori, l’altra serata solitamente offerta dalla città che ospita il Seatrade e quest’anno Barcellona realizzerà una grande serata di Gala.
