Theme cruise “AIDA dances” 2026
July 24, 2025 – AIDA Cruises is systematically developing its event cruises, striking a chord: More and more vacationers are seeking trips with a truly experiential character. The current themed cruises demonstrate how diverse a vacation with AIDA is, from crime novel readings to dance workshops to comedy with prominent guest artists.
One of AIDA Cruises’ most popular event cruises is the special “AIDA Dances.” Another edition will be held on AIDAcosma from January 17 to 24, 2026. The one-week cruise around the Canary Islands and Madeira will be all about dance, music, and rousing rhythms.
The tour will focus on workshops and stage performances with well-known dance professionals from the TV show “Let’s Dance.” Participating are Motsi Mabuse, Ekaterina Leonova, Renata and Valentin Lusin, Patricija and Alexandru Ionel, Zsolt Sándor Cseke and Malika Dzumaev, and Anastasia and Sergiu Maruster. The team will be rounded out by Isabel Edvardsson, Evgeny Vinokurov and Nina Bezzubova, Mariia Maksina, Paul Lorenz, Melissa Ortiz-Gomez, Melanie van den Boom, and Fabian Richt.
The program includes a wide range of dance classes – from ballroom and Latin dances to modern solo formats such as heels dance and shuffle. Participation in the workshops is free and is aimed at both beginners and advanced dancers. Highlights on board include spectacular show performances by dance professionals and the finale, the Dance & Glam Night. The entire ship becomes a dance floor: Studio X, the Cube, and the Body & Soul sports area offer space for a lively program. Special course formats also appeal to younger guests and solo dancers.
AIDAcosma’s itinerary combines the event program with days of discovery on land. The beautiful flower island of Madeira captivates with its lush vegetation, while the Canary Islands of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, and Fuerteventura offer variety with their volcanic beauty and long beaches. Back on board, guests can expect, among other things, the 3,545 m² Organic Spa and culinary diversity in up to 17 restaurants. The “AIDA Dances” special is available from €615 per person.*

Die aktuellen Themenkreuzfahrten zeigen, wie facettenreich Urlaub mit AIDA ist, von Krimi-Lesungen über Tanzworkshops bis hin zu Comedy mit prominenten Gastkünstlern.
Eine der beliebtesten Eventreisen bei AIDA Cruises ist das Special „AIDA tanzt“. Eine weitere Auflage gibt es vom 17. bis 24. Januar 2026 auf AIDAcosma. Die einwöchige Kreuzfahrt rund um die Kanaren und Madeira steht ganz im Zeichen von Tanz, Musik und mitreißenden Rhythmen.
