Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines reinventa l’esperienza di prenotazione degli ospiti con il lancio di un nuovo sistema di prenotazione video

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines ha svelato un nuovo sistema di prenotazioni video, che consente agli ospiti di contattare il proprio team di prenotazioni tramite videochiamata.

Il nuovo sistema consente a coloro che visualizzano le crociere online di richiedere una videochiamata, offrendo un’interazione faccia a faccia con un membro del Fred. squadra dell’Olsen.

Il sistema, gestito da specialisti di videochiamate Talkative, valuta automaticamente se l’ospite sta utilizzando un dispositivo con una fotocamera e la forza della sua connessione. Un membro del team li chiamerà telefonicamente se una videochiamata non è un’opzione.

Permette anche al Fred. Il team di Olsen Cruise Lines per avere un’esperienza di navigazione condivisa, in modo che sia il chiamante che il membro del team possano vedere la stessa schermata contemporaneamente.


Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines reinvents guest booking experience with launch of new video reservations system

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has unveiled a new video reservations system, allowing guests to contact its Reservations team via video call.

18 MAY 2023 – The new system allows those viewing cruises online to request a video call, offering a face-to-face interaction with a member of the Fred. Olsen team.

The system, being operated by video call specialists Talkative, automatically assesses whether the guest is using a device with a camera as well as the strength of their connection. A member of the team will call them via telephone if a video call is not an option.

It also allows the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines team to have a shared browsing experience, so that both the caller and the team member can see the same screen view at the same time.

Clare Ward, Director of Product and Customer Service at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said:
