SYDNEY, 22 Oct. 2026 – Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas has made its highly anticipated return to Brisbane, marking its fourth year as the region’s largest ship. This summer, Quantum will deliver more getaways for Australians than ever before with a lineup of 28 holidays ranging from 3-night weekend escapes to longer 9-night adventures across the idyllic South Pacific.
“We’re excited to bring our award-winning Quantum of the Seas back to Brisbane, giving more Queensland families the unforgettable Royal Caribbean holiday experiences they know and love,” said Gavin Smith, vice president and managing director, Australia and New Zealand, Royal Caribbean. “With more short getaways and weekend departures, this season makes it easier than ever to escape, whether it’s a quick weekend away with friends or a longer adventure with the whole family.”
Bringing big-time energy to the Sunshine State, holidaymakers can choose from 13 holidays across Australia’s East Coast including 3- to 7-night getaways visiting Airlie Beach and Cairns, putting Queensland’s own tropical gems right at their fingertips. Beyond Queensland, South Pacific escapes ranging from 7- to 8-nights will take holidaymakers to destinations including Nouméa, New Caledonia, and Port Vila and Mystery Island, Vanuatu, featuring everything from picturesque beaches with crystal clear waters to lively local markets.
Quantum brings next-level thrills, standout dining and entertainment for every kind of holidaymaker. Adventurers can defy gravity on the RipCord by iFLY skydiving simulator, catch a wave on the FlowRider surf simulator and take in sweeping ocean views from the North Star observation capsule. Holidaymakers can also experience a range of global cuisines from American steakhouse classics at Chops Grille to sushi at Izumi and family-style favourites at Jamie’s Italian, alongside live entertainment and plenty of ways to unwind at Vitality Spa and the adults-only Solarium.
Royal Caribbean will double down on its Quantum Class presence this summer with Anthem of the Seas set to join Quantum Down Under this month.
