ROYAL CARIBBEAN BRINGS THE ACTION WITH 2026-27 CHINA LINEUP

New destinations and expanded itineraries set the stage for an unforgettable season

SHANGHAI, March 12, 2025 – Royal Caribbean is delivering more ways to vacation in 2026-27 with an action-packed lineup from Shanghai and Hong Kong. Vacationers can embark on journeys ranging from two to nine nights on Spectrum of the Seas, exploring Asia’s most popular destinations, including Tokyo, Osaka, Mount Fuji, Okinawa, Nagoya and Hakodate in Japan; Busan and Jeju in South Korea; Da Nang and Hue in Vietnam; and more. Vacationers can set their sights on China beginning May 2026 and book the new 2026-2027 adventures on Royal Caribbeanwebsite starting today.

Vacationers are in for the boldest season yet in Asia with brand new experiences, including first-ever 8-night adventures to Japan’s iconic Mount Fuji and Nagoya. Vacationers at Mount Fuji can visit the famous Five Lakes region, home to stunning views of Japan’s most iconic peak, or explore the historic city of Nagoya. There are more ways to be immersed in the region with shorter escapes to spots like the Gamcheon Culture Village in the heart of Busan, the serene hot springs of Kumamoto in Japan, and breathtaking sights in Okinawa, dubbed the Hawaii of the East. The season’s itineraries stretch further across Asia, offering more ways to explore South Korea and Vietnam with both new and popular returning options. Plus, the 2026-27 season will feature special holiday sailings, including Christmas and Thanksgiving getaways packed with themed entertainment, seasonal cuisine and unique holiday festivities.

Royal Caribbean is also expanding its presence in Hong Kong starting November 2026 with an exciting combination of vacations to top destinations in Asia. These sailings offer ways to explore Ishigaki and Okinawa, Japan, and other tropical and cultural hotspots. The Hong Kong adventures also include a new “cruise-to-nowhere” experience, complete with world-class entertainment, premium dining and stunning ocean views.

Specially designed for Asia and travelers of all ages, Spectrum of the Seas offers vacationers an unforgettable getaway, combining world-class dining, thrilling activities and spectacular entertainment.  On board, vacationers can take in panoramic ocean views from the North Star – an all-glass observation capsule soaring 300 feet above sea level – or experience the excitement of skydiving on the RipCord by iFly, surfing on the FlowRider and engaging in friendly competition at SeaPlex, the largest indoor sports and entertainment complex at sea.
