MSC Seascape will offer year-round 7-night cruises from Galveston

As one of the newest and most modern ships in MSC Cruises’ fleet, MSC Seascape exemplifies the cruise line’s signature blend of European style and American comfort. It boasts ample outdoor space to maximize a Caribbean cruise

Onboard, MSC Seascape offers something for every type of traveler including Texas-inspired dining and entertainment, family-friendly activities and exclusive luxury in the MSC Yacht Club

Texas-Inspired Flavors

Expanded food and beverage offerings will highlight Southern, Texan and Gulf Coast flavors with new menu items including barbecue-forward dishes, Cajun-spiced cuisine and Southern-style comfort foods.

Guests will also enjoy flavors from around the world across five specialty dining venues onboard, including Kaito Sushi Bar, Kaito Teppanyaki, HOLA! Tacos & Cantina, Ocean Cay seafood restaurant and Butcher’s Cut steakhouse. Complimentary breakfast will also be offered at HOLA! Tacos & Cantina with Latin-inspired menu items, as well as at Butcher’s Cut with traditional items like western-style omelets. 

The onboard drink selection will also offer a nod to Texas favorites with bars and lounges featuring an added selection of Texan and Southern inspired drinks, including a Spicy Mexican Margarita, a Backyard Punch, and local beers. Two onboard tasting experiences will further immerse guests in the craftsmanship of American spirits with the MSC Bourbon & Bacon Experience and the MSC Macallan Experience.

Boot Scootin’ Entertainment

MSC Seascape’s new entertainment lineup will be infused with regional flair.

The enhanced selection of uniquely Texan experiences will include The Lone Star resident country music band, a bespoke Dueling Pianos experience, country line dance classes, and a Big Texas Sailaway Party. These new offerings will join MSC Seascape’s existing list of full-scale productions, interactive entertainment, live music and more.

New Family Offerings

Families will enjoy brand-new entertainment options, alongside MSC Seascape’s existing state-of-the-art onboard activities that will inspire quality time and incorporate cutting-edge technology.

With over 7,500 square feet of dedicated kids’ space onboard, new offerings include a LEGO® parade and LEGO® Family Game Show, Guinness World Record Family Quiz game, Masterchef at Sea Juniors, and the Doremix Family Disco. In addition, families will enjoy a variety of high-tech entertainment options including a Formula 1 racing simulator, interactive XD cinema and Robotron – a thrilling amusement ride offering the adrenaline of a rollercoaster at sea with a personalized DJ music experience. 

MSC Yacht Club

Texas cruisers will have a new luxury vacation option from Galveston, with one of MSC Cruises’ largest and most luxurious MSC Yacht Club facilities onboard MSC Seascape. Guests who sail in MSC Cruises’ elevated ship-within-a-ship concept will receive priority embarkation and disembarkation, and a suite in a keycard-access only area featuring a private restaurant, lounge, outdoor bar and grill, sun deck and pool. Personalized service is at the heart of the MSC Yacht Club experience with a dedicated 24/7 butler, premier room service, VIP seating in all entertainment venues and a personal concierge.

MSC Seascape will sail from the Port of Galveston’s newest cruise terminal, opening in tandem with the ship’s arrival on November 7, 2025. As the fourth busiest U.S. cruise port and only cruise port in Texas, the Port of Galveston plays a major role in the local economy, providing 4,547 jobs, $291 million in personal income and $733 million in business revenues. With the opening of the new cruise terminal, the port projects 3.9 million passenger movements and 445 sailings by 2026.
